He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald A. and Anna L. Tarr, Sr. (Smith). He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie DiGiovanni (Al) of Norristown and John A. Tarr of West Conshohocken; his nephew Mark DiGiovanni; his niece Emmarose DiGiovanni (Bryan); and his great-nephew Jameson.
