He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ostrom and Margaret Ostrom (Krebs); and his siblings, William Ostrom (Hazel), Margaret Handley (Robert), Philip Ostrom (Majorie), Anna Hess (Paul) and Henry Ostrom (Helen).
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ostrom (Caton); his children, Joanne Ryder (William) of Downingtown, PA and Walter P. Ostrom (Michele) of Brookfield, CT; and his granddaughters, Marie M. Ryder, Julie D. Ryder and Lily C. Ostrom. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
