Butcher; his grandchildren, Gregory Butcher Jr. and Keisha Washington; and his children-in-law, Dale Jones and Mary Francis Washington (Cissy).
He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Taggart Butcher; and his children, Walter L. Butcher IV, Deborah Jones, Gregory Butcher (Lois), Kenneth Butcher (Doris), Cecilia Butcher and Penny Butcher. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
