He was predeceased by: his father Roosevelt Pough; his stepparents, Ambrose Harvey and Irene Clark Harvey; his brother-in-law Jerry Thouman (Annie Harvey); his brother Charles Harvey; and his close friend Shirley Ann Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Bridgette Milbourne; his children-in-law, Steven Milbourne (Terras Frazier), Anthony Frazier (Roosevelt Jr. Harvey) and Carol Harvey (Lymus Gray Harvey); his adoptive son Marcus Harvey; his children-in-law, Brittney Harvey (Erica Clarke) and Kevin Clarke (Marcy Harvey); his children, Martha Gray, Arcale Johnson and Gary Thompson; his children-in-law, Ruth Thompson (Rhonda Johnson) and Mark Irons Jr.; his sisters, Brenda Harvey and Bessie Thouman; and his sister-in-law Harriet Harvey. He is also survived by many loving grandkids and great grandkids, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Rolling Green Memorial Park (1008 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382).
