With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Philip Burton of West Chester, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evelyn Burton Boyer and Charles Butts; his daughter Janae Lindsay of Coatesville Pa; his grandsons, Jerome Jr. and Jordan; his sister Margaret Burton of Virginia Beach; his stepsiblings, Delbert Boyer of Bear and Denise Alexander of Atlanta Ga; his stepfather Delbert Boyer; his siblings, Carol Butcher, Renee Butcher, Jerry Burton and Robert Butcher; and his grandparents, Jeremiah and Sadie Burton. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
