He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Toney and Hannah Toney; and his daughter Mardette. He is survived by: his wife Bertha L. Toney; his children, Jeanette, Annette, Martin (Kathleen) and Mark; his grandchildren, Dinita, Andre (Cherrell), Jeanelle (Harrison), Malik (Amanda), Kwasi, Jasmine, Marleen, Madeson and Austin; and his sibling Thomas Toney (Yvonne).
