He is survived by: his wife Karen Perzan; his brother Stephen Perzan; his children, Carolyn, Joe and Anne Marie; his daughter-in-law Kristina Perzan; his grandchildren, Abigail Marie Perzan, Cameron McHale and Sawyer James Perzan; his stepchildren, Michael James and Melissia Cohen; and his stepgrandchildren, Ashton Cohen, Conlin Cohen and Brooklyn Cohen.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Helena Church (6161 N 5th St, Philadelphia, PA 19120). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
