He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zajac and Mary V. Zajac; his sister Anna Meleski; and his former wife June M. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Vicky L. Zajac; his sister Mary J. Zajac of Walnutport, PA; and his nephews, Joseph Meleski of Slatington, PA and Michael Meleski.
