He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rolland Ellis and Elizabeth Ellis; his child Lumpy; his wife Carol A. Ellis; his stepchildren, William G. Stanfield (Elizabeth) and Laura Stanfield; his grandchildren, Tiffany Keys, Will Stanfield, Jacob Stanfield and Chloe Stanfield; and his brother Tom Ellis.
