He was predeceased by: his parents, Sambene Blair and Rowena Starling Blair; his sister June Blair Walding; his nephews, David Blair and Brendan Lafferty; his niece Shannon Lafferty; his brothers-in-law, James Lafferty and Joe Walding; and his aunt Linda Faye.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lafferty Blair; his sons, Ryan James Blair and James Joseph Blair; and his brothers, Charles Blair and Terry Blair. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
