With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores Ann Harper of West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Winter and Keziah Winter; and her husband Joseph J. Harper, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Donna Carter (Frank) and Joseph J. Harper, III (Suzy); her grandchildren, Jessica Rudnet (Carter), Kevin Carter, Frankie Carter, Ian Harper, JoLynn Harper, Julia Harper, Declan Harper and Payton Harper; and her great grandchildren, Harper Rudnet, James Rudnet, Fallon Rudnet and Maeve Carter.

Viewing will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Church (1325 Boot Rd, West Chester, PA 19380). A Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the Ss Peter & Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
