With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha L. Toney of West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 20, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy, Sr. Parker and Ella Parker; her husband Martin Toney; her daughter Mardette; and her siblings, Gertrude Roane, Grace Harris, Mamie Anne Thomas, Andy Parker, Jr. and Francis Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanette, Annette, Martin (Kathleen) and Mark; her grandchildren, Dinita, Andre (Cherrell), Jeanelle (Harrison), Malik (Amanda), Kwasi, Jasmine, Marleen, Madeson and Austin; and her siblings, Frank Parker and Elsie Graham.
