He is survived by: his children, Kimberly McGinity of Roscoe, PA and William Paul McGinity of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings, Nancy Sethman (Harry) of Blainesburg, Keith McGinity of California, PA, Ronnie McGinity (Debbie) of Smithton, PA and Bonnie Dillon (Randy) of Boiling Springs, SC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
