He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Billie Jean (Jacobs); his children, Kimberly Hoff-Smith, Charles R. Hoff, Jr., William Hoff "Bill" (Sandra), Michael Hoff (Carolyn) and Shirley Anne Bergholtz (Michael); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Nicholas, Jessica, Lexi, Jacqui, Mikey and Natalie; his brother Gregory Hoff (Carol); and his parents, Jeannette Hoff (Kissel) and Ralston Hoff. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
