It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Moore of West Alexander, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Viard Moore and Delphine Moore (Sidola); his wife Alice Marie Hale Moore; and his brother Rich. He is survived by: his children, Janet Kitts (Chuck) of Wexford, PA and Tim Moore of West Alexander, PA; his grandson Spence Kitts of Wexford, PA; his sister Linda Moore of Waynesburg, PA; and his close friend Vicki Gill of Spraggs, PA. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions to his favorite charities: WVU Medicine Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc.
