He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Bayless and Ruth Eileen Bardall Bayless. He is survived by: his children, Ethan Bayless (Kim Jenkins) of Scenery Hill, PA and Devon Greathouse (Chris) of Washington, PA; his grandchildren, Brayden and Rylee Greathouse; and his siblings, Greg Bayless of West Alexander, PA, Connie Rush of Avella, PA and Deborah Keith (Doug) of Burgettstown, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
