He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Melvin and Martha Brice Dunlap Riggs. He is survived by: his sister Mary Jo Koehler (Robert) of Washington; and his nephews, Jason Koehler (Tara) of Plum, Rev. David Koehler (Emily) of Falls Creek and Mark Koehler (Katie) of Butler. He is also survived by seven nieces and 3 nephews.
