He was predeceased by: his parents, John Newton and Frankie Haught Fluharty; his sons, Mack Leroy Fluharty Jr. and Glenn Edward Pattison; and his siblings, Jerry, John, Everett, Willard Fluharty, Bessie Carmen and Wanda Shannon.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Miller Fluharty; his children, John Paul Fluharty, Tammy Ann Rice, Sheila Hincy, Gaylynn Hall and Kimberly Ribbeck; and his sisters, Vesta Felici and Ethel Scherich. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions can be made to the West Alexander First Christian Church in memory of Mack.
