He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Matthew Phillips and Velma Hixenbaugh Phillips; his wife Claudia Sefton Phillips; his children, Kimberley Morton (Len) and David Phillips (Elise); his brother Matthew Phillips (May); his grandchildren, Zac Morton, Chelsea Johnson (Clayton), Nicholas Phillips and Jacob Phillips (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Connor and Cali Rae Johnson; his brothers, Jack and Ronald Phillips; and his great grandchild Colt Johnson. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
