She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Walter and Mary Catherine Hanlin (Roberts); her husband Albert "Andy" L. Dougherty; and her daughter Annette Dougherty. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Williams (Thomas) of West Alexander; her grandchildren, Thomas Lee "T. L." Williams (Ida) of Burgettstown and Timothy James "T. J." Williams (Valerie) of Schwenksville; her great grandchildren, Ella, Adina, Katie and Jaidan Williams; and her siblings, Wendell Hanlin (Lou) of Elm Grove, WV and Marjorie Dague (Loring) of Bowie, MD..
