He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold S. Richey and Helen Frye Richey; and his brother Wade. He is survived by: his siblings, Louise Roberts, Betty Jo Lucas, Ruby Hicks (L. Courtney) and James L. Richey; his niece Tracy Lucas; his nephews, Christopher and Todd Hicks (Denise); his great-nephews, Cooper, Conor and Walker Hicks; his nieces, Crystal Miller, Denise Ullom and Pamela Roberts; and his nephew Edward Roberts.
