We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Sandra Bates of Wescosville, Pennsylvania, born in Hartford, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Oaks and Gertrude Oaks (Riley). She is survived by: her husband Jack Bates; her daughters, Emily (Ryan) and Sally; her sister-in-law Sue; and her siblings, Connie, Ken and Stan. She is also survived by her five grandchildren.
