He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Bedics; his children, Brian Slepetz (Lauren) of Macungie and Susan Slepetz of Sterling, VA.; his granddaughters, Lainey and Lilly Slepetz; and his siblings, Richard Slepetz (Louise) of Allentown, Christine Labenberg of Whitehall and Gail Muthard of Whitehall.
