Blacker of Wescosville, Pennsylvania, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 22, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Grace G. Blacker (Kolb); his daughter-in-law Pam Blacker; his grandchildren, Laura Blacker and Ryan Blacker (Melissa); his great grandchild Jack; his sister Janice Huber (Lee); and his sister-in-law Kathy Wright (Rick).
