She was predeceased by: her father Harold Mantz. She is survived by: her mother Doris Mantz (Ernst) of Wescosville; her husband David; and her children, David W. Jr. of Wescosville and Stephanie A. Schmidt-Ortiz (Adrian) of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by grandson and numerous cousins.
