She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. F. Kline; and her parents, Fred Moyer and Dorothy Hausman. She is survived by: her children, Scott Kline, Tammy Motsavage and Troy Kline (Bobbi Jo). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
