He is survived by: his children, Well Drilling Co, Baileys Body Shop, Frank V. Bailey of Richland, PA, Thomas E. Bailey, Jr., Joanne M. Long and Lillian Bailey; and his brother Ralph Bailey. He is also survived by 3 Granddaughters; 2 Grandsons and Great Grandchildren.
