He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise Dreibelbis (Hoppman); and his parents, Herbert Dreibelbis and Mabel Dreibelbis (Sterner). He is survived by: his close friend Elva F. Cochran; his children, Brian S. Dreibelbis (Sherry) and Marcia S. Kaplan; and his granddaughters, Rachel M. Kaplan and Rebecca M. Kaplan.
