He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Bower of Temple and Virginia Soifer (late Albert Soifer) of Florida; his children, Christen Bower (Damian Polak) of Robesonia, Jeffrey Bower (Ashley Bower) of Bloomsburg and Jeremy Bower of Pottsville; his grandchildren, Joselynn Pletz, Neftayle and Felix Perez; and his sister Coleen Volk of Florida.
