He was predeceased by: his spouse Onorina C. Salgado (Capece); his father Joseph Salgado; and his siblings, Russell, Raymond, Paul, Joseph, David, Jane Romero and Guadeloupe Torres.
He is survived by: his daughters, Helene Salgado (James Cloonan) of Wernersville, Carla Salgado (Joseph Petrick) of Hellertown, Jennifer (Joseph Falsone) of Leesport and Alicia (Christopher Kantz) of Bethlehem; and his grandchildren, Michael, Amelia, Daniel and Joseph.
