Salem; his mother-in-law Barbara A. Chrzanowski (late Norbert J. Chrzanowski); his siblings, Beverly Salem, Wilma Wentzel (Butch Wentzel), Sherry Salem, Dennis Salem and Brian Salem (Cindy Salem); and his siblings-in-law, Mark Chrzanowski (Donna Chrzanowski) and Debra Ritter (Robin Ritter).
