He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Loy and Anna H. Loy (Hulsizer); his daughter Allison Scott; and his brother John H. Loy. He is survived by: his wife Alice E. Loy (Toth); and his children, Robert W. Loy, II, Linda M. Geiger and Susan J. (R. Stewart Musser). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
