He was predeceased by: his parents, George Arms and Florence K. Arms (Brown); and his son George Arms. He is survived by: his wife Christine A. Arms (Minor); and his children, Vince Arms (Beth) of Pennside, Steve Arms (Audrey) of Mt. Penn, Richie Arms of North Carolina, Kelly Arms of Temple, Drew Egbert, Donna Egbert, Mark Egbert, Janice Woods, Tracey Lane, Doug Bachman, David Bachman, Dennis Bachman and Danielle Goodman.
