He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry R. Schlappich and Mary Ann Schlappich (Button). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Schlappich (Zimmerman); his sons, Ryan R. Schlappich of Temple, Randy Lee Schlappich, Jr. of Phillipsburg, PA and Chase Taylor Schlappich; his grandson Orion R. Schlappich; his siblings, Jeffrey Schlappich of Lancaster, Stacy L. Hertzog (William J. Hertzog) of Pennside and Kris A. King (Brian King) of Leesport; and his sister-in-law Debra Madeira (late Larry Madeira). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
