He was predeceased by: his father Robert Moyer. He is survived by: his mother Grace Snyder (Eisenhower) of Wernersville; his siblings, Sherri Pokrywa (Michael) of Reading, Ricky Moyer of Muhlenberg Township and Rodney Moyer; his close friends, Rachel Burkhart and Rochelle Prizer (Charlie); his nieces and nephews, Marco, Ashley, Joshua and Nicholas; and his pets, Milo and Zoey. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews.
