He was predeceased by: his mother Clara E. Wharen (Fahrenbach); his stepfather George B. Wharen; his father Samuel F. Forry; and his grandson Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Forry (Wolf); his sons, John M. and Craig A. Forry; and his stepdaughter Debra A. McDermott. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
