She was predeceased by: her parents, David A. Moyer and Rhoada E. Moyer (Shartzer); her spouse S. Eugene Burkhart; and her siblings, Sara Knoll (Paul) and Earl Moyer.
She is survived by: her son D. Scott Burkhart (Beverly) of Lititz; and her grandchildren, D. Sean Burkhart (Megan) of Millersville and Jennifer Burkhart of Chapel Hill, N. C..
