She is survived by: her sons, Thomas D. and David B. (Kelly L.); her grandchildren, Brian T., Matthew D. and Megan A.; her sister-in-law Mary Anne (John Gilbert); and her nieces, Michelle A. Evans (Zeiber), Denise L. Shaak (Zeiber), Aimee J. Sargent (Steven) and Kristen M. Osorio (Luis). She is also survived by six great nephews, two great nieces and two great great nieces.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church (320 N Church St, Robesonia, PA 19551). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Gethsemane Cemetery (3139 Kutztown Rd, Laureldale, PA 19605).
In lieu of flowers, Masses may be offered for Patricia M. Fleckenstein.
