She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert I. Nye and Ethel M. (Houser); and her brother Richard A. Nye. She is survived by: her children, Linda J. Gehring of Hamburg, Nancy J. Hafer (Michael) of Reinholds, William M. Gehring (Donna) of Bowmansville and Brian C. Gehring (Lisa) of Newmanstown. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
