He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Fitzpatrick and Eleanor Fitzpatrick; and his sister Geraldine O'Malley. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Maureen Toro, Cathleen Morgan, Eileen Guckavan, Thomas J. O'Malley, Jr., Michael O'Malley and Patrick O'Malley.
