He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Mastrangelo and Theresa Mastrangelo (DeCosmo); and his brother Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Karen C. Mastrangelo (DeSimone); his sons, Dean S. Mastrangelo (Nancy) of Babylon, NY and Rock D. Mastrangelo (Melissa) of Mastic, NY.; his grandchildren, Anthony Mastrangelo and Rock Mastrangelo Jr.; and his siblings, Louis and Anne.
