He was predeceased by: his mother Mary E. DeLong; and his sister Shirley Reigel (DeLong). He is survived by: his wife Mary J. DeLong (Botzum); his children, Richard "Rick" L. DeLong (Sharon) of Newanstown, Susanne C. "Greth" Schrum (DeLong) of Sinking Spring and Brenda L. Anderson (Chris) of Newmanstown; his grandchildren, Rodney Schrum, Kim Landis, Rachel Moss (Fred), Nicole DeLong, Hallye Anderson and Mathew Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Tatum Landis, Kaiya Landis, Harper Moss and Nora Moss.
