She is survived by: her parent Anna Kocan (Puwalski); her sister Patricia M. (Thomas R. Fleckenstein); and her nieces and nephews, Michelle A. Evans, Denise L. Shaak, Thomas D. Fleckenstein and David B. Fleckenstein. She is also survived by great niece and six great nephews.
