He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce E. Hoppman (Feyl); his parents, Carl A. Hoppman and Evelyn A. Hoppman (Snyder); and his sisters, Shirley Becker and Carole Vitale.

He is survived by: his son C. David Hoppman Jr.; and his brothers, Richard A. Hoppman (Sandra) and Dennis L. Hoppman (Janice).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lebanon Valley Sportsmen Association, 841 Sportsmen Road, Robesonia, PA 19551.
