He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Neiswender and Rhea Neiswender (Kauffman). He is survived by: his wife Marilee A. Neiswender (McCloskey); his children, Rebecca A. "Becky" Walters (Mark) of West Lawn, David B. Neiswender (Ronda) of Wernersville and John L. Neiswender (Renee) of Sinking Spring; and his grandchildren, Zachary Jenks, Leah, Jacob, Abby and Nate Neiswender.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. (739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Berks County Memorial Gardens (201 Evansville Rd, Fleetwood, PA 19522).
