He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston L. Lucas and Lucy McLaughlin Lucas; his former wife Marion McCarthy Lucas of Cuba, NY; his grandson Alex Robinson; his brother Billie D. Lucas; and his stepson David Weart.
He is survived by: his wife Polly Weart Lucas; his children, Greg Lucas and Marcie Robinson (Larry); his grandson Eli Robinson; his siblings, Shirley DeGroff-Ratts, Kathryn Heinz (John), Margaret Schultz, Willarane Sears and Clifford Lucas (Maxine); his sister-in-law Dorothy Lucas; and his stepchildren, Richard Weart (Alfie), Pam Weart and Denise DeGroat (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
