She is survived by: her husband Ira "Jim" Slothower; her brothers, Dennis (Luana) of Wellsville, Mark (Celeste) of Middletown, Scott (Valarie) of Dillsburg and Ira J., III (Karen) of York Haven; her grandchildren, Andrew, Joshua, Zackery, Ian, Adrienne, David and Michael; and her sister Donna Foley of North Carolina.
