She is survived by: her children, Christopher J. Forness (Jamie Smith) of Wellsville, Kelly K. Forness of Wellsville and Lisa M. Forness (Daniel Stambaugh) of Whitesville; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Forness of Ohio; her grandchildren, Katelyn Waters (Cory), Joshua Hanchett, Matthew Forness, Megan Goodridge (Zach Fernandez), Courtney Ainsworth (C. J. Knight), Kendra A. Forness, Thomas W. Forness, Grace Forness, Gabrielle Forness (Austin Ritchie), Serena Ainsworth (Jaxson Warboys), Brennan Forness and Camron Lyons; her great grandchildren, Leah, Carson Waters, Jaxton, Katalinia, Daniel Hanchett, Chase, Marlee Knight, Arthur Richie and Azarria Fernandez; her sister-in-law Sharon Smith of Portville; her aunt Estella; and her brother-in-law Ray Forness of Olean. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
