He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Potts and Hazel S. Potts (Bilger); and his brother James R. Potts. He is survived by: his children, William (Virginia), Michael (Linda), James (Vicki), Kathy Burkholder (Luther), Edward and Steven Lipko (Janice); his grandchildren, Kristin (Ahmed), Michael (Karen), Milette and Angie (Damien); his great grandchildren, Imran, Simon, Breanne and Julia; and his sister Doris M. Powell of Steelton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
