He is survived by: his mother Billie Martin Wlasniewski of Wellsville; his siblings, Joey Traylor of Friendship, Tyler Wlasniewski of Dansville, Elizabeth Martin of Coudersport, Justice Wlasniewski of Coudersport, PA, Jersey Wlasniewski of Coudersport, PA and Jordan Wlasniewski; his grandmother Tammy Martin of Sorento, IL; his nieces and nephews, Kodi Mitchell of Coudersport, Kennedy Mitchell of Coudersport, Hudson Patterson of Austin and Holden Patterson of Austin; his aunt Tobi Law; his cousins, Michael Harmon Maci Harmon of Litchfield, IL, Miley Law of Litchfield, IL, Tommy Law of Litchfield, IL and Tyson Law of Litchfield, IL; and his brothers, Corey Hoagland, DJ Leitzell, Corey Matison, Carsen Matison and Dylon Witter. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
